TERMINATION OF PAYMENTS
If during the life of this agreement the total amount of royalties paid to licensor exceeds $[amount to exceed], the licensor agrees to execute and deliver to licensee an assignment of all licensors rights. Licensee shall thereupon have no further obligation to pay royalties.
